When you choose our Medical Fitness Center, you are choosing safe and better outcomes. We provide clinical integrations and medical oversight from motivated, degreed staff that are always there when the facility is open. The main difference that sets the Medical Fitness Center apart is the fact that we are not a typical gym or health club but a lifestyle. Are you looking for a place to participate in high-level fitness classes? The Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness has just the class for you! Boot Camp classes are customizable to your fitness level, and every class is different. Utilizing bodyweight exercises as well as weights, bands, and balance exercises with stability and B.O.S.U. Balls, this class provides lots of core work! Combine this variety with high energy, encouraging class, and you have a workout winner. Class days and times are Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Medical Fitness: now called H.I.T.T. class; do not put day & time they can inquire by contacting us.
A balanced combination of sustained poses as well as poses flowing in a mindful progression from one to another. Attention is always given to basic alignment and therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, observing breath and body are an integral part of class. Classes are balanced with energy to give you a good physical workout and calm to keep you balanced.
AKA “High Intensity Interval Training”. A total body conditioning class that combines aerobic, strength, agility, and core movements all into one challenging workout. Tabata are bursts of high intensity exercise followed by rest periods. The class format will vary week to week to add flavor and variety for participants.
Our aquatic therapy uses water resistance to help you rehabilitate after an injury or chronic illness. Our 90° pool is excellent for pain relief while exercising shoulders, back, hips, knees, and ankles. Buoyancy enables partial weight-bearing when full weight-bearing is not possible or too painful.

- Our Aqua Classes
This class is a recreational exercise class in warm water designed to accommodate the abilities of individuals with arthritis and other related musculoskeletal conditions (each person exercises at his/her own pace).
Get fit with this 60 minute challenging workout! Aqua Fit class uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water against your body to provide a wide variety of conditioning and cardiovascular activity. Each aspect of the class is designed to increase aerobic fitness and muscle tone while having fun in the water.
