The Marketing and Development Department at Knox Community Hospital manages the marketing strategies for the hospital, including developing targeted campaigns, advertising, social and media relations, digital and print marketing materials for the services and programs offered to our community.
In addition, the department guides the work of the Foundation for Knox Community Hospital such as donor relations and annual giving and coordinates the Hospital’s presence at community events.
The mission of the KCH Marketing and Development Office is to reach out to constituents, including prospective patients, donors and the community, developing and nurturing relationships and referrals, while serving as the KCH brand stewards and creating a consistent, overarching image that represents Knox Community Hospital (all locations and services) as the healthcare provider of choice in the region.
We work with area partners to develop healthcare information, communicate news and events to help create a healthier community and assist in developing new programs and services to meet and exceed the needs of our community members, and generally foster goodwill.
