Connections Fitness

Connections Fitness

We have recently switched from the typical "gym" model to a Medical Fitness Center model meaning that we use physical activity and health education to prevent and treat disease.

Connections FitnessOur facility is a medically supervised health and fitness facility that focuses on preventing and treating lifestyle-related diseases, illnesses, and injuries through regular participation in physical activity and health education. When you choose our Medical Fitness Center, you are choosing safe and better outcomes. We provide clinical integrations and medical oversight from motivated, degreed staff that are always there when the facility is open. The main difference that sets the Medical Fitness Center apart is the fact that we are not a typical gym or health club but a lifestyle. When choosing The Medical Fitness Center, you also receive full access to our three remote locations.  We hope that you will join us when you are looking to start your new healthy lifestyle.
