Why Massage Therapy?
Massage therapy enhances our well-being by reducing stress, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and putting the body in a state of healing. This means allowing the body to feel genuinely comfortable while breaking the cycle of pain and discomfort. We start to feel good in our own bodies! Overall health and well-being improve while stress levels decrease.
Our overall goal for our clients who walk through our doors is to create a personalized experience that best meets their needs. When you can say with each massage treatment received, “I keep feeling better than I did the previous treatment,” then we know we are helping you reach the goals you set for each massage.

This therapeutic massage will ease you into an indulging state of mind. Need to relax? Through long, even strokes, kneading, and circular movements, you will experience improved circulation and relief from muscle tension. Have “trouble” spots? Using slower strokes and friction techniques across muscle fibers you will feel a relief of pain through direct pressure to release hyperactive muscles. Deep tissue included.

60/90 Minutes
This full-body all-inclusive massage utilizes medium-to-firm pressure to relieve muscle tension, stimulate circulation, improve muscle tone, decrease pain and increase an overall sense of well-being. Need a firmer touch? Deep tissue works using targeted pressure to deeply access muscles and the fascial layers, beneficial for anyone who experiences chronic pain, tension, or spams. What about hot stones? Absolutely! Heated smooth stones are used and placed on certain points on the body to warm and assist in loosening tight muscles and fascia. Need targeted work on the face or scalp? Then let’s face it. A facial massage will increase circulation to your scalp, facial tissue, and neck resulting in brighter, youthful-looking skin. Facial massages can also help to relieve headaches and pain, and as an added benefit, facial massage reduces stress and inflammation. Clients will experience deep relaxation and a mind-body balance as the body is put into a state of healing as the muscles, joints and fascia are carefully manipulated to support a strong, healthy body. Deep tissue included.
- Performed by: All massage therapists.
- Hot Stones available by request at the time of scheduling, available with Angi Davidson and Linda Barlow only.
