Competitive Medical/Vision/Dental Insurance Plans
At KCH, we offer exceptional medical benefits that are comprehensive and affordable. With medical annual deductibles as low as $300 (single) and $600 (family), you can rest assured that your health needs are well taken care of at 100%.

After meeting your yearly deductible, all KCH services are covered at 100%. Vision is included in the medical plan (or can be purchased separately without Medical). Dental premiums range from $8.00 - $25.17

403(b) Employer Match and 401(a) Retirement Savings Plan Contribution
We also provide a generous pension retirement match, adding to your financial security.

After working an entire year and at least 1000 hours of service, a KCH Employee can receive a contribution and match into their pension. For example, if the employee contributes 3% of their salary, they will receive an additional 3% and match 1.5% for a total of 7.5%.
