The COVID 19 pandemic has affected everyone.

At KCH, we want you to know that we are committed to getting through this health crisis together. 

To help ensure that you get the care you need, we are offering Telehealth appointments to our patients. This virtual platform Zoom allows us to connect patients with clinicians in the comfort and safety of home.

Virtual visits have been made easy for everyone.  Just follow the simple steps listed below:

Appointment Using Your Computer

  1. First, call the Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness at 740.393.9088 to get approval for a Telehealth visit with the therapist. Your Telehealth appointment will be scheduled by a staff person, based on availability. 

    **IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have access to an audio and video enabled desktop/laptop computer (or a cellphone) to join a Telehealth appointment. Internet access or hotspot is also required. 

  2. You will receive an email from your therapist with a web link, meeting ID and passcode
  3. Click on the web link which will take you to Zoom
  4.  Select “Run”. If it does not download, select “Download Here”. You will be given an option to “start/join from your browser”
  5. Enter password from email
  6. Select “Join audio by computer”
  7. Select “Start video” on the bottom left side of your screen

Appointment Using Your Android/iPhone/iPad

  1. Open the App Store or Google Play and search Zoom Cloud Meetings
  2. Tap on GET to download the app
  3. Once it has downloaded, open the app and follow the prompts for set-up
  4. You will need to provide an email address
  5. You will receive an email from your therapist with a web link, meeting ID and password
  6. Click on the web link which will take you to Zoom
