Alix J. Tercius MD, FACC, RPVI joined the Department of Specialty Care- Cardiovascular Services at Knox Community Hospital in February 2017. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT, after obtaining his doctorate at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, WI. After completing his residency, he went on to complete three fellowships: the first specializing in Heart Failure at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT, the second in Cardiology at Aurora Healthcare/the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI, and the third in Interventional Cardiology at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. He has had five published research articles. Dr. Tercius is also fluent in Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, making him an asset to our diverse community. He takes pride in helping his patients live their best lives and have the best outcomes.
