Patient Access Services would like to welcome you to Knox Community Hospital. We provide registration, scheduling, outpatient pre-certification and hospital switchboard services. All information is kept confidential and will be verified upon your arrival to the hospital. Our mission is to provide a courteous, warm, and empathetic environment for all customers.

What is Registration?

We will verify personal (name, date of birth, etc) and insurance information. You will be asked to show all insurance cards and sign a consent form during your registration process. We are required to ask you about Advance Directives and religious preference. If you are a Medicare patient, there is a required Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaire that will also need to be completed. The average registration takes six minutes.
