H.I.T.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Are you looking for a place to participate in high-level fitness classes? The Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness has just the class for you! Boot Camp classes are customizable to your fitness level, and every class is different. Utilizing bodyweight exercises as well as weights, bands, and balance exercises with stability and B.O.S.U. Balls, this class provides lots of core work! Combine this variety with high energy, encouraging class, and you have a workout winner. Class days and times are Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Medical Fitness: now called H.I.T.T. class; do not put day & time they can inquire by contacting us.
