Financial Assistance Application

The Cashier’s Office is located on the 1st floor in the hospital and is open from 8 am to 5 pm.

Patient Financial Services representatives are available to assist by phone at 740.393.9630.

Telephone services are available:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday from 8 am - 7 pm
  • Saturday from 8 am - 11 pm

Payments can be made in the cashier’s office by cash, check, or credit/debit card. Payment can be made over the phone and online using a credit/debit card. We accept VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
