The AquaHealth is a recreational low intensity exercise class in warm water designed to accommodate the abilities of individuals with arthritis and other related musculoskeletal conditions (each person exercises at his/her own pace).
The AquaFit class is a moderate intensity water aerobics class that is taught in a group setting and designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, endurance and range of motion. Participants are encouraged to exercise at there own pace.
SilverSneakers® Circuit 
The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Chairs are available for support. Suitable for nearly every fitness level, can be adapted to the skill of individual participants.
SilverSneakers® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Boot Camp
Boot camp is a supervised challenging circuit training workout for the entire body, increasing strength and improving muscular definition and endurance. This package includes membership to the fitness center.

FUNctional Fitness

Designed to help individuals with poor mobility and/or a low fitness level improve balance and prevent falls by increasing muscle strength, motor skills, coordination, flexibility and postural awareness.
Yoga Stretch
A beginner Yoga class that is great for anyone looking for a gentle stretch class. Move through a series of poses that help to improve strength, range of motion and overall health.
Basic Yoga Flow

A combination of balanced and sustained poses that flow in a mindfully aware progression from one to the next.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair or using the chair for support.

Sports Performance Program

Performance training from our certified exercise physiologists with a focus on :

  • Sport Specific training
  • Injury Prevention
  • Functional - Proper movements
  • Technique Improvement
  • Olympic Lifting, Speed, Power

All sports are included in the program. Our staff will customize the program to fit the needs of each player.

Any middle school through high school aged participants are eligible.

Healthy Directions
A weight loss program to help decrease modifiable risk factors through education and support.
Delay the Disease (Parkinson’s Mobility Program, 20595 Waterford Road, Fredericktown, OH)
A life changing fitness and mobility program expressly designed for people with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Led by a certified OhioHealth Delay the Disease instructor, the program improves the physical, mental, and emotional realities of PD patients.
Golf Fitness
Improve your game through a personalized assessment of your body mechanics through the four main phases of the golf swing.
Tai Chi for Health
Tai Chi is a controlled exercise with slow, synchronized movements that are easy to learn and use. Benefits include: reduced pain, improved ability to cope with stress/depression, muscle strength, posture, circulation and heart and lung function.
