Tai Chi for HEALTH

Tai Chi is a controlled exercise with slow, synchronized movements that are easy to learn and use.

This class is designed to improve balance and flexibility.
It is also highly suitable for all ages and levels of physical fitness.

Benefits include:
Reduced pain, improved ability to cope with stress/depression, muscle strength, posture, circulation and heart and lung function.

Cost: $30 fee to register | $15 for members
