  • See your health care provider to discuss your personal health & recommendations
  • Perform monthly self breast exams

Self Awareness

See your healthcare provider if you have any of these changes:

  • Change in the size or shape of the breast
  • Lump, hard knot, or thickening in the breast or underarm
  • Swelling, warmth, or change in color of the breast
  • Dimpling or pulling of the breast skin or nipple
  • Nipple discharge, scaling, rash, or itchiness
  • New pain in a breast or underarm area that doesn’t go away
