What is telehealth?

Telehealth is the practice of providing clinical care to our patients remotely. This type of visit allows you to consult with your provider by phone while maintaining a physical distance.

Is Telehealth private?

Just like an in-office visit with your provider, your telehealth visit will be private and confidential. All telehealth visits are HIPAA compliant and your security is of the utmost importance while receiving quality care.

How do I get started with Telehealth?

Your provider will determine what type of visit works best for you based on the items that need to be addressed during your visit. A telehealth visit may not be the best option for you. Contact your provider’s office and they will help guide you.

Is it best to delay scheduling my preventive care visits until the Covid-19 pandemic subsides?

Preventive care appointments may be available remotely through a telehealth appointment. Some preventive care visits are best not to postpone. Contact your provider to see if a telehealth visit is a good option for you.

What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you would need to cancel or have questions about your appointment, please contact your provider’s office. They would be happy to assist you.

What should I do if I did not receive the link to access my visit?

Contact your provider’s office, a link can be resent to you via email or secure messaging.
