Help Desk Supervisor - Information Systems, FT

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the help desk. Supervise the help desk staff and coordinate resources including shift schedules. Troubleshoot and assign end-user technical support issues, dispatch help desk technicians, and maintain help desk staffing schedule. The position conducts needs assessments, evaluates assistance currently being offered and develops approaches to enhance company capabilities for user support. Serve as a project lead for Help Desk initiatives, new applications and application upgrades. Report to the Director, Information Systems.

Requirements Include: 
  • ·Minimum of 3 years Help Desk support experience or Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS, or relevant technology field combined with 1 year of Help Desk support experience.
