Patient Advocate - Case Management, FT

The Patient Advocate promotes positive patient and family experiences in a therapeutic environment by providing a timely and appropriate venue in which questions, concerns or problems may be voiced. Investigates all complaints and concerns, utilizing all necessary means, and seeks to resolve these issues to promote satisfaction.

Requirements Include: 


  • Graduate of an accredited program for nursing or social work, BSN / LSW preferred.

  • Current licensure to practice professional nursing / social work in the state of Ohio.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in health care field.

  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
