Office Secretary- Department of Specialty Care Specialty Clinic, FT

This position is responsible for the clerical support of the practice.   This includes, but is not limited to, faxing, copying, scanning and mailing records, completion of forms, scheduling of tests for patients.  Responsible for reception of patients, registration, charging and initiation of new records; and maintenance of current records.

Requirements Include: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years clerical experience required
  • Previous experience with registration, medical records and worker's compensation preferred.
