Quality & Performance Improvement Clinician (Department of Primary & Specialty Care, DPSC)


Performs concurrent and retrospective reviews of patient records to abstract data for identified quality performance indicators.    Compiles and organizes data into meaningful reports for evaluation.  Inputs data into appropriate databases, develops charts, and creates reports.  Assists and supports hospital, physician practice leadership, and DPSC staff in quality and performance improvement initiatives. 

Requirements Include: 
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice nursing in the state of Ohio

  • Bachelor’s or Master’sDegree in Nursing preferred

  • 3 years’ experience in physician office setting required

  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
