Call Center Representative Department of Primary & Specialty Care, FT

This position is responsible for the receiving calls and assisting with scheduling or routing their call to the proper department as needed.  This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments for new and established patients, acting as a liaison for the patients and Knox Community Hospital, informing patients of any necessary paperwork, answering questions within scope of practice, forwarding calls as needed and other duties as assigned by director. 

Requirements Include: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous call center, customer service and/or related clinical environment experience preferred.
