Membership Sales Representative - Medical Fitness Center -FT

The Membership Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining Fitness Center memberships, and participating in special events, promotions, and planning. Provide tours of the facility to prospective members and achieving established membership goals.  Responsible for being knowledgeable of standards of practice of a medical fitness center integrated with a rehabilitation setting. Responsible for excelling in courteous and respectful customer service at all times to every customer. Assures the safety of all customers. Effectively communicates with all customers. Effectively communicates & collaborates with other healthcare team members and between intra/inter departments, adheres to organizational policy and procedures, abides by regulatory/accrediting body requirements and professional standards. Assists with the daily operations and collecting statistics within the medical fitness center. Responsible for completing in a timely manner, all assigned tasks and duties utilizing multi-tasking skills.  Responsible for assuring confidentiality of customer information and departmental information.

Requirements Include: 
  • Associate’s degree in sales, marketing, public relations, or other related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • One-year sales experience, preferably in a health club setting.

  • Ability to work variable hours as necessary.

  • Current CPR certificate required.
