The creation of the 2024 Community Health Assessment (CHA) was a collaborative community-wide effort between Knox Public Health, Knox Community Hospital, and the Knox Health Planning Partnership.
Conducted every three years, this report is based on countywide research to identify local health-related issues so that our community may prioritize and address those issues together.
