Giving to the ALL IN Employee Campaign is a great way for us to help our patients, our mission—and ourselves.   It starts with us.

Every day, KCH employees perform amazing acts of kindness at the hospital.  No matter what your role is, your personal dedication sends a powerful message to those around you.  Each of us helps to make Knox Community Hospital stronger. 

The ALL IN Employee Giving Campaign is another way to care for patients and their families.  Philanthropy is a vital part of any hospital’s healing mission, and employees play an important role in that mission.  Every year, KCH employees contribute thousands of dollars to help others.

What is the Deadline for Making a Gift? 

You can contribute any time of the year.

When Does the Payroll Deduction for this Campaign Begin and End?

Payroll deduction for your gifts will begin on the next pay period after your pledge form is processed.   

How Do I Make a Gift? 

Payroll deduction provides the easiest way to contribute to the ALL IN Campaign. You may also make a one-time gift with a check or credit card. 

Where Does My Gift Go? 

You decide where you want to direct your support. There are two funds to choose from:

The GREATEST NEEDS FUND allows us to invest your gift in projects that keep our hospital up-to-date, innovative, and competitive. Together with our generous donors, we are building a lasting healthcare legacy right here in Knox County, one that treats patients close to home.  

The KCH CARE FUND helps employees who are experiencing economic hardships due to a natural disaster, an acute illness or injury, or other catastrophic circumstances beyond an employee’s control. Your generous gift will provide financial assistance for housing, utilities, and other basic needs. 

Is My Gift Tax Deductible? 

Yes. 

What is The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital?  

The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital is an independent volunteer organization devoted to supporting the mission and initiatives of Knox Community Hospital. The Foundation is supported by organizations, businesses, foundations, and individuals who value the positive impact our hospital has on the health of the Knox County community.
